Shipping policy

MY SIGN MATES have a 3 day processing time.

All items are shipped via Australia Post.

Once the customer's package is shipped we will update and supply the customer with a tracking information.

MY SIGN MATES expect a 8- 10 day delivery Australia wide however expected delivery times are an estimate only based off of information supplied by Australia post.

MY SIGN MATES are not liable for delays that Australia post may experience.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or the delivery address provided was incorrect, the customer will be required to pay the postage fee for the parcel to be re-sent.
