Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

1. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.

2. Delivery: Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that these are estimates, and while we strive to meet them, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. No Refunds: All pre-orders are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on pre-order items, so please ensure that you have selected the correct product before completing your purchase.

4. Product Changes: My Sign Mates reserves the right to make minor changes to the product design, packaging, or materials if necessary. Any such changes will be made with the intent of improving the product.

5. Communication: We will keep you informed of any significant updates regarding your pre-order via the contact information provided at checkout.

6. Shipping Costs: My Sign Mates has a $5.00 flat rate postage rate for Australian customers only. 

7. Order Fulfilment: Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. We will notify you once your order has shipped.

8. Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
